vegetarian recipes

Anyone have any good vegetarian recipes or any sites you go to for them? My boyfriend is a vegetarian and I love my meat so don't have much experience with the vegetarian stuff.

don't be rediculous. sure you have experience with vegetarian stuff. do you make eggs, salad, mac and chese, veggie lasagna, cheese sandwiches, spinach quiche or yoghurt? all those things are vegetarian recipes.

True I do eat a lot of yogurt but I was thinking more for meals. I want to cook for him but I don't necessiarily want the same foods. I don't mind eating some vegetarian things but I really love chicken and beef lol.

I'm a vegetarian and have found many great recipes at VegWeb.com. They have thousands of recipes, so sometimes you'll have to weed through a bunch of them to find the one that's just right, but I've found the site to be very helpful, for the most part. This site has lots of articles and a cooking forum as well.
